"Inspiration comes from many sources……. and new to me, fishing!
These pieces where inspired by a relaxing holiday on Lake Wallaga in New South Wales, where I discovered fishing.
Many tranquil hours were spent as the ‘day’s catch’ never arrived but not being deterred from the ‘non-event’, I found my vivid imagination taking over and wondered how many fish were circling around my line beneath in the deep, dark, waters, many times I could feel the tug of little (big) fish.
I loved the piece and quiet of that day and reluctantly, decided it was time to reel my line in, and there it was a fish trailing after my line….the one that got away."
